The Autonomous community of Murcia, in collaboration with Sustentia Social innovation and the international human rights organization Access Info Europe, It has prepared and published the first guide of right of access to public information in the Region of Murcia.

This guide is intended to guide all citizens in the processing of their requests for access to public information directing staff of the murcian regional administration.

Access Info Europe and Sustentia have advised, also, in the drafting of a Protocol for officials that it provide that information, and that is complete with an explanatory video. A working group was created to produce, at the heart of the school's training and innovation in the public administration (EFIAP), made up of staff from the Office of transparency, Participation and spokesperson, of the Council of transparency of the Region of Murcia and all firms.

The Protocol will be completed with a software application that will allow to make a uniform and complete electronic processing of requests for access to public information in the regional administration.

There has been a version in easy reading adapted to persons in situation of disability, with the collaboration of full Inclusion of Murcia.
