Our services cover up the Knowledge Areas in which we are specialized and are directed towards Companies, NGO's, Foundations, Public Administrations and Universities. Such services are:

Advising, Consultancy and Project Management
We work with our clients providing Advise, Consultancy and Project Management services, always with a participating process in the solutions design.

Our services are based in the use of a personal methodology and tools, as well as the use of others widely accepted on a national and international level, or their adaptation.

Evaluations and Audits
We help our clients designing measurement systems, realizing performance evaluations, and we act as auditors in different management areas. We beleive in continous improvement procedures for the attainment of excellence.

We work in internal audits with the responsables of such duties, acting at the same time as external auditors. Furthermore, our approach is based on the organization's auditors training.

Training
The training we give covers up our five Knowledge Areas, and we work making the contents and methodology suitable for each specific training action. Our training has the following characteristics:
